Mary Cassat Exhibition at the Zimmerli at Rutger

For those of you who like the work of artist Mary Cassat do not miss the current exhibition at the Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University in New Brunswick.  The prints on display are from the museum's collection and because they are works on paper are not display often.

Delicious citrus almond quick bread I made this morning at Uncommon Grounds Cafe this morning.

My taste buds were delighted with a light bright roasted butternut, tomato, and quinoa soup this evening.   The soup was a variation on the Gypsy Soup recipe in the original Moosewood Cookbook.  I'm ready for a wild evening now!

The food glorious food find of the day - Florida strawberries at Meijer.  Paired them up with avacado for a delicious salad for dinner.
